Alcohol and Consensual Sexual Behavior

0 Shared Subjects

This assessment measures the role of alcohol and dating risk factors for sexual assault among a representative sample group. Discriminant function analyses indicate that dating, sexual, and misperception experiences and alcohol consumption during these experiences predicte assault group status. Furthermore, alcohol consumption during consensual sex and sexual misperceptions were positively related to alcohol consumption during the sexual assault. https://psycnet.apa.org/doi/10.1111/j.1471-6402.1996.tb00669.x
