Agonistic Continuum Scale

0 Shared Subjects

The Agonistic Continuum Scale is an alternative model for the relation between paraphilic coercion and sadism, arguing that the two constructs are distributed along a single continuum. The Agonistic Continuum varies from no coercive fantasies, through fantasies of forcing sexual compliance, to fantasies and behaviors of hurting, humiliating, and torturing during sex. The items are rated on a 5 point Likert scale.
